Customers submitting orders online agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions set out by FITPRINT, ABN 33 791 080 528.
These Terms and Conditions apply to Fitprint and all associated affiliates or subsidiaries. Fitprint reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time for any reason. It is the responsibility of the customer to check these Terms and Conditions for changes. Any continued patronage of Fitprint services following the posting of changes will indicate that you accept and agree to any changes made to these Terms and Conditions by Fitprint. By initiating the order process with Fitprint, you are agreeing to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
FITPRINT reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time without giving reason. We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.
Changes & Cancellations
No changes or cancellations are accepted once order has been confirmed.
Turnaround & Delivery
All purchases are made to order and are dispatched (on average) within 7 business days.
All deliveries are handled by third parties (Ie. Australia Post and courier networks). Fitprint holds no responsibility or blame in the event of delayed, lost, stolen or damaged packages in transit.
All prices and orders are displayed and processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
If any customer’s failure to follow the Fitprint User Agreement leads to legal action on the part of either party, the customer will be held solely responsible and liable for all payments or charges associated with the customer account as well as any and all legal fees undertaken by the customer or by Fitprint during the process of any legal proceedings.
